The complex includes warehousing, outdoor storage yard, fleet maintenance building, operations center, administration building, fuel storage and dispensing facilities, vehicle wash facility, transformer shops with PCB capabilities, electrical and water meter shops, open, fleet vehicle/equipment storage and staging areas, and employee/visitor's parking.

MK&R, Inc. conducted master planning and implementation of master plan, property acquisition, legal descriptions, boundary and topographic survey for 73 acres. Utility infrastructure master planning and design storm drainage to include canal design and box culvets (400 acre watershed), detention ponds, grading and paving of all roadways, staging/storage areas and parking for 25 vehicles, As-Built mapping, permitting, cost estimation and construction services for civil work.
