One Village Plaza is an office complex of sixteen buildings situated on the corner of Village Drive and Robeson St. The 13.5 acre site is planned for 206,000 sf of building area with 821 parking spaces. The steep topography presented special consideration for land planning and siting the building. Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. surveyed the topography, designed the stormwater, water and sewer utilities, site grading and parking lots. MK&R, Inc also staked the site and administrated the site work for the project.
